I am a bioinformatician with expertise in computational analyses and visualisation of heterogeneous sets of cancer data from NGS and microarray platforms. My current work is focused on integrating genome-scale data from cancer patients with publicly-available data from large cohorts of patients to provide comprehensive molecular characterisation of a patient’s cancer and to maximise research output.
